The job is for a Remote Retention Marketing Specialist who will collaborate with teams to develop data-driven email and SMS strategies, utilize customer segmentation, personalization, and cohort analysis, evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities, and manage multiple campaigns. Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in email and SMS or retention marketing is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in email and SMS or retention marketing
• Proficiency in Klaviyo and Attentive
• Proficiency in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Polar) and strong understanding of attribution tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing email and SMS strategies to achieve specific KPIs (e.g., CTR, CVR, LTV, etc)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Ecommerce and Creative teams to develop and implement data-driven strategy for email and SMS
• Utilize strategic customer segmentation, personalization, and cohort analysis to accelerate customer and revenue growth
• Evaluate the effectiveness of our email and SMS with regular monitoring of and reporting on KPIs, including open rate, CTR, CVR, LTV, and more
• Extract data-driven insights to identify targeting, messaging, and creative opportunities
• Develop and implement a strategy around automation/flow campaigns based on product purchase insights, customer behavior and product innovation calendar
• Conduct A/B tests
• Proactively identify opportunities to implement new strategies and techniques to stay ahead of the competition
