Join Flywheel as our Digital Marketing Manager and play a key role in building brand awareness and generating demand for our imaging data management platform within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. You will develop and lead our digital marketing strategy, generating qualified leads and boosting conversions across all digital channels. This role involves managing digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with an external agency, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing utilizing martech platforms including Salesforce, Google Analytics and Wordpress
- At least 2 years of experience marketing tech products in healthcare/life sciences industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing including search engine optimization, advertising campaigns, demand generation, and website conversion
- Demonstrated success launching and managing cost-effective digital marketing campaigns and strategies with clear ROI-focused metrics
- Strong analytical capabilities with an understanding of KPIs
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or analytical concentration
- Ability to move quickly, prioritize multiple projects, problem solve on the fly and present new ideas
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all aspects of digital marketing, including paid search, paid social media, other digital advertising campaigns, email marketing, landing pages, and website management
- Serve as the primary point of contact to provide direction and manage the relationship with our outside digital marketing agency
- Build, monitor, and report on digital marketing analytics, campaign results, and advertising budgets, and utilize data and insights to make future decisions. Partner with team members on monthly reporting and analytics
- Test and learn to continually adjust channel mix, messaging and spend based on KPIs tied to cost of acquisition and revenue goals
- Develop, execute, manage and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns that target new prospects and nurture existing ones
- Manage lead funnel including transfer of leads, lead and campaign assignments, scoring model and nurture campaigns
- Work with digital agency and marketing team to develop content (written and video)for our website and resource center that reflects our evolving product offerings and drives conversion of qualified leads
- Comply with company policies, including security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements, to maintain a secure work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Deep experience with digital ad execution (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and Pardot/Salesforce
