Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager at HackerOne will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Minimum qualifications include 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, proficiency in marketing analytics tools, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, creativity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing preferred
  • Experience with SEO/keyword research tools
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and digital advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies
  • Ability to own a budget and manage Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative digital marketing solutions and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, paid search, and programmatic display advertising
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product marketing, sales, and content teams, to align digital marketing initiatives with business objectives and target audience needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) principles and practices
  • Certification or training in digital marketing or related field (e.g., Google Ads certification, HubSpot certification)
  • Background in cybersecurity marketing
