Digital Marketing Manager

Summary

The job description is for a Digital Marketing Manager position that requires managing marketing automation flows, maintaining operational efficiency, setting up new automations and integrations, analyzing campaign performance, and communicating with the marketing and sales teams. The role is fully-remote and requires 9 AM - 5 PM CST hours.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a proven track record of success
• Proficiency in using APIs, Zapier, Calendly automations, and GoHighLevel for automation and streamlining of internal processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance in Facebook/Instagram ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and identify areas for improvement
• Demonstrated longevity in previous roles is a must, with at least 2+ years at a company.  Job hoppers will not be considered

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing automation flows in GoHighLevel, ensuring database accuracy and analyzing campaign performance
• Maintain efficient marketing operational processes and resolve any bottlenecks
• Set up new automations and integrations through Zapier to streamline internal operations
• Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LMS is advantageous, specifically Kartra
