Digital Marketing Manager

Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, analytics, data interpretation, and strong communication skills. The job is full-time in the Philippines, contractual in LATAM and India, and offers remote work with a night shift to align with US Time Zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Experience working with US clients

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Manage relationships with US-based clients
• Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms
• Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO)
• Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns using Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and other platforms
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Provide regular reports and make data-driven decisions to improve results
• Manage the digital marketing budget
• Develop assessments and proposals for digital marketing strategies and initiatives
• Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams
• Identify and scale martech and predictive analytics capabilities

Benefits

• Employment Type: Fulltime (Philippines) / Contractual (Latam and India)
• Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension
• Compensation: Given the full-time support required, the projected monthly income ranges from (DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, adhering to a night shift to align with US Time Zones 8 AM - 5 PM PST
• Location: Remote (Work from Home)
• Internet Requirements: A minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps is required, with a LAN connection recommended for optimal performance
