Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in email marketing and paid advertising channels
  • Proficiency with platforms like SalesForce, HubSpot, Google Adwords, LinkedIn and programmatic advertising
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hubspot, SFDC)

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across the entire digital journey, including organic digital (email marketing, landing pages, web pages) and paid digital (Google PPC, LinkedIn, programmatic, content syndication) channels
  • Align marketing initiatives with overall business goals, ensuring a consistent brand message across platforms
  • Schedule, deploy, and monitor digital campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize all marketing assets including subject lines, content, and ad creatives
  • Utilize analytics to track performance metrics and generate insights for improvement
  • In partnership with team leadership, craft and implement email marketing strategies, including segmentation and targeting based on customer behavior and preferences
  • Develop and refine email content and copy, incorporating personalization techniques to boost customer interaction
  • Collaborate with design and content teams on the creation of compelling email content and visuals
  • Manage and grow email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
  • Engage in list cleanliness practices and manage automated workflows for email campaigns
  • Partner with team leader on creating and overseeing paid advertising strategies, leveraging PPC, programmatic, display, and content syndication
  • Support development and management of budgets for paid media campaigns, focusing on maximizing ROI
  • Craft and refine advertising copy for optimal performance across key paid digital platforms
  • Work closely with design to create and optimize ad graphics and visuals
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools to implement best practices
  • Develop and refine landing pages and website content to create a consistent and effective online user journey, ensuring adherence to established brand voice and tone
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools to implement best practices when it comes to SEO and UX/UI
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Portfolio, Field Marketing, Customer Experience, Marketing Ops, Sales and Corporate Marketing teams to align digital strategies with business objectives
  • Collaborate with team members involved in marketing processes to ensure successful execution and knowledge sharing
  • Contribute to team knowledge by sharing and documenting best practices related to digital marketing processes across the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience managing vendor and agency relationships
  • Hubspot marketing certifications
  • Google Adwords and Google Analytics certifications
  • ABM certifications
