Requirements
- 1β3 yearsβ experience in marketing, digital, or CRM support
- Must have a Zoho CRM experience
- Must be proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Background in managing content calendars, social media, and email marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid grasp of Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-driven, organised, and able to work independently
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Zoho CRM (act as the system superuser)
- Conduct market and lead research using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Create and manage engaging blog and social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google)
- Coordinate marketing plans and align strategies with the sales team
- Maintain website content (directly or via third parties)
- Track and analyse engagement, SEO performance, and campaign outcomes
- Provide ongoing marketing and CRM support to the National Support and Sales Managers
- Attend virtual meetings with sales and support teams to align efforts
Preferred Qualifications
Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, or IT
