Requirements
- 2β5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in DTC or eCommerce
- Confident with marketing analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting
- Proficiency in Google Ads (PMAX, Shopping, Search); Meta Ads is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, GTM, Semrush, and Google Search Console
- Sharp eye for copy, design, UX, and maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini for marketing tasks, content creation, and troubleshooting
- Self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (PMAX, Shopping, Search) and Meta Ads
- Write compelling ad copy, perform keyword research, and analyze campaign data to improve ROI
- Manage Shopify store, including troubleshooting bugs, maintaining store hygiene, and resolving customer/order issues
- Utilize Google Analytics, GTM, and Shopify Analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to landing page ideation, layout planning, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Proficiently use Canva for quick creative ideation and sharing briefs with the design team
- Use tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and Bing Webmaster Tools to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings
- Collaborate with SEO agencies to enhance organic traffic, keyword rankings, clicks, and CTR
- Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo
- Develop and execute key D2C email flows such as Welcome Series, Cart Abandonment, and Lead Magnets
- Ideate emails, review copy/design, and suggest improvements based on brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams (graphic designers) and external partners (SEO/email agencies, developers)
- Coordinate asset needs like Google Shopping thumbnails, landing page creatives, and email visuals
