Responsibilities

• Direct message (DM) influencers on Instagram and Facebook to foster partnerships, collaborations, and promotions
• Craft and send engaging weekly email blasts to update customers on promotions, events, and announcements
• Post content regularly on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) using strategic keywords to boost SEO and increase discoverability
• Track engagement and suggest strategies to improve reach
• Respond professionally and promptly to Google reviews for all three business locations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive online reputation
• Add geotagged images to our Google Business Profile to enhance local search rankings and make our listings more appealing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media management (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
