Join our client, a fast-growing company specializing in exterior solutions, as their new Digital Marketing Specialist! This fully remote position offers a chance to significantly impact their digital marketing efforts. You will manage and optimize SEO, paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads), and marketing automation using Zoho CRM. Collaboration with external agencies and internal teams is key, as is reporting on campaign performance. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, strong SEO knowledge, and experience with marketing automation tools. Design skills are a plus. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
  • Strong SEO knowledge and experience with optimization strategies
  • Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance
  • Proficient in marketing copywriting with an understanding of how to write engaging ad copy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with external and internal teams
  • Motivated and proactive with a passion for digital marketing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings
  • Utilize tools like Search Atlas (preferred) to analyze SEO performance and optimize content
  • Support marketing efforts with ad copy creation and content strategy
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Monitor performance, adjust bids, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns align with business goals
  • Leverage Zoho CRM for marketing automation, lead nurturing workflows, and customer segmentation
  • Create and optimize email campaigns, triggers, and automation workflows
  • Maintain and update customer data to ensure proper targeting and personalization in campaigns
  • Work with external agencies and partners to execute marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall company objectives
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance across digital channels
  • Use analytics tools to track KPIs, provide insights, and suggest improvements for future campaigns
  • Assist with creating marketing visuals using tools like Canva, Figma, or other graphic design platforms
  • Support with designing marketing materials such as ads and social media content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using Zoho CRM and its marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva and Figma
  • Ability to create visually appealing content to complement marketing campaigns
