Join 20four7VA as a CPT-9340 Influencer Campaign & Paid Media Coordinator! This senior-level, remote Marketing VA position requires 15-20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, working with micro-influencers on Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. You will manage influencer gifting, track campaign performance, and execute boosted posts via Meta Ads Manager. The ideal candidate has experience managing influencer campaigns, familiarity with influencer platforms (Saral, Collabstr preferred), and strong organizational skills. Requirements

• Experience managing influencer gifting or UGC campaigns
• Familiarity with influencer platforms (Saral, Collabstr preferred)
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (light campaign execution)
• Strong tracking and organization skills
• UGC asset management and reuse strategy experience
• Strategic understanding of influencer campaign ROI and phased gifting approach
• Tools: Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Sheets, Saral, Later.com

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and coordinate with micro-influencers (2k–20k) on IG, Pinterest, and TikTok
• Manage gifting of 25–40 units over 90 days, including tracking, follow-up, and reposts
• Launch 1 campaign during the 90-day period featuring the Ultimo Candle
• Track influencer stories/posts and organize UGC for reuse
• Secure repost/usage rights and maintain visual asset organization
• Draft influencer campaign briefs aligned with brand tone and visual standards
• Set up and manage boosted posts via Meta Ads Manager (IG/FB)
• Execute light campaigns for product launches, influencer UGC, and giveaways
• Monitor CPC, CTR, engagement, and cost-per-result
• Recommend spend adjustments and creative optimizations
