Join We Clone You, a leading virtual assistant company, as a Virtual Assistant specializing in digital/affiliate marketing. You will create high-converting ad copy, manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, and conduct A/B testing to optimize performance. Data analysis using GA4 and other tools is crucial for identifying optimization opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams (product, design, marketing, analytics) is essential to refine user journeys and conversion flows. This role demands strong analytical skills, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. The position offers a 40-hour work-from-home schedule with payment in dollars per hour, a starting salary between $4-$12 per hour, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of performance or affiliate marketing experience with a portfolio showcasing measurable results
- Strong grasp of data analysis and ability to translate insights into creative optimization strategies
- Experience working with GA4, A/B testing tools , and campaign management platforms
- Excellent English writing skills β must be able to craft ad copy from scratch
- Ability to work cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, analysts, and creatives
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented , and able to balance creativity with performance metrics
- Committed to a dedicated 40-hour workweek ; no side gigs during working hours
- Always looking to improve processes and results through testing and iteration
Responsibilities
- Write persuasive, high-converting ad copy tailored to digital offers, with a clear focus on user engagement and conversions
- Set up, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Execute A/B and multivariate tests to enhance CTR, CVR, and eCPM across funnels
- Analyze performance data in GA4 and other analytics platforms to identify and act on optimization opportunities
- Partner with internal teams (product, design, marketing, analytics) to refine user journeys , landing pages, and conversion flows
- Collaborate with designers and developers to align creative output with performance goals
- Continuously evaluate UX and design consistency across digital touchpoints

Background or experience in product design, UI/UX, or digital experience design
