Summary

Join Riverside Insights as our Digital Operations Specialist and play a key role in executing engaging digital marketing campaigns for educators. You will utilize HubSpot and other tools to create dynamic email journeys and strategic social media content, strengthening connections with teachers and driving growth. This role involves deploying campaigns, collaborating with marketers, monitoring performance, optimizing social media strategy, testing new content, delivering reports, building dashboards, and defining KPIs. The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in edtech, and proficiency in HubSpot. Strong analytical skills, detail-orientation, and excellent communication are essential. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the edtech or education sector
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms and scheduling tools
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, HubSpot reports)
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to QA and accuracy in campaign deployment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Deploy digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot
  • Collaborate with product and campaign marketers to align campaign content with strategic goals
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights
  • Execute and optimize Riverside’s Classroom Marketing social media strategy
  • Test new content formats and paid strategies on social platforms each quarter
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
  • Build and maintain a real-time marketing dashboard integrating all relevant data sources
  • Define core KPIs for teacher-focused products and deliver stakeholder-reviewed dashboard prototypes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with K–12 education audiences, particularly teachers
  • Familiarity with KPIs and metrics related to email marketing, social media, and campaign performance
  • Exposure to dashboard creation tools or data integration processes
