Summary

Join Kraken's Growth Operations team as a Marketing Operations Manager and drive the execution of the Consumer Product Marketing team's go-to-market (GTM) plans. Partner closely with Product Marketing Managers, Product teams, and cross-functional teams to coordinate all end-to-end GTM planning, timelines, and execution for product and feature launches. Oversee campaign and production workflows, collaborate with creative and media teams on ad campaigns, manage localization and translation workflows, and manage design and copy briefs. Own operational needs including NDAs, contracts, invoicing, and expense tracking. Lead planning for team meetings and drive process improvements. This fully remote position requires 4-5+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management within a premium brand, creative agency, or matrixed organization. Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management within a premium brand, creative agency, or matrixed organization
  • Strong portfolio management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders across digital channels
  • Experience supporting and executing go-to-market campaigns, including ad creation, localization, and translation for global audiences
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives forward independently
  • Confident communicator and storyteller; able to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level summaries
  • Prior experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, media, and product teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
  • Uses data and analytics to inform decisions, optimize workflows, and measure marketing performance
  • Passionate about crypto or curious to learn more about the space

Responsibilities

  • Drive alignment and execution of the Consumer Product Marketing team's go-to-market (GTM) plans by partnering closely with Product Marketing Managers, Product teams, and cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate all end-to-end go-to-market planning, timelines, and execution for product and feature launches
  • Oversee campaign and production workflows, including entry and project tracking, GTM documentation, and coordination across stakeholders
  • Collaborate with creative and media teams to manage top-of-funnel ad campaigns, ensuring deadlines and processes are met
  • Manage localization and translation workflows with vendors and regional teams to deliver high-quality assets for international launches
  • Submit and manage design and copy briefs including asset trafficking; oversee reviews and approvals across Brand, Legal, and Compliance
  • Own operational needs including NDAs, contracts, invoicing, and expense tracking with Legal, FP&A, and Vendor Management
  • Lead planning for team meetings, drive process improvements, and jump in where needed to ensure campaign success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have supported on ad campaign creation and delivery
  • Have an interest or keen eye for creative work
  • Have a general understanding of media planning and trafficking for an ad campaign
