Summary
Join a growing customer experience agency as a mid-level, marketing-focused digital producer. You will manage small to large digital projects, including websites, landing pages, emails, and SEM campaigns. The role requires managing cross-functional teams, diverse stakeholders, and external vendors. You will apply and improve project management practices, prepare status updates, and guide other digital producers. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years experience as a digital producer/project manager
- Experience working with multiple clients, bigger digital projects and clients with high visibility
- Extensive knowledge of the function and PM processes and best practices
- Mastery of project management software tools
- Exceptional organizational, collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and self-awareness. Sometimes projects can be challenging, and the right mindset, attitude and collaboration skills are key
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Manage small to large digital projects (website design and development, online advertising, and email marketing) with significant levels of complexity, including cross-functional team management, diverse stakeholder groups, multiple external vendors, significant user impact, high risk and/or strategic business impact
- Apply and actively improve project management practices and expectations to orchestrate outcomes that meet high standards
- Prepare and provide accurate status to internal teams and clients, including updates on delivery of campaigns, and identifying/communicating/resolving issues in a timely manner
- Effectively guide, coach, and mentor peer digital producers to grow their skills and meet project objectives
- Drive and track interdependencies across digital platforms, work streams, communicate status and assist with maintaining team metrics
- Ability to facilitate negotiations between stakeholders around scope and priority
- Manage project’s budget, monitor progress, and evaluate project performance
- Be a self-starter. As a resourceful and resilient self-starter, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative and innovation are required
Preferred Qualifications
- Past experience in account management
- Experience in healthcare supporting clients and brands across pharma and bio-tech
- Experience working in small, nimble agencies
- Experience working on lead-gen/growth marketing initiatives is a plus – primarily SEM and SEO
