Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a strategist, sales engineer, or related implementation role in digital consulting or marketing technology services
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing suite platforms such as Adobe, or Salesforce as well as general understanding of content management and automation tools
- Proven track record of delivering innovative strategies and guiding complex sales processes to successful outcomes
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams
- Expertise in project scoping and transitioning sales to delivery teams
- Ability to think critically and creatively, developing visionary solutions that align with client goals and industry trends
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Digital Seller to support the sales process, providing strategic recommendations tailored to client needs
- Lead the project scoping process, ensuring accurate alignment between client goals and proposed solutions
- Support in sales proposals, pitches and other activities as required
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless hand-offs from sales to project execution, fostering client satisfaction and successful outcomes
- Identify opportunities for innovation and develop visionary strategies to position Ciberspring as a market leader in digital consulting and marketing technologies
- Content development: Create engaging content, documentation and other collateral to enhance the Ciberspring brand and the Digital practice
- Participate in public speaking engagements, representing Ciberspring at industry conferences, webinars, and client presentations to drive thought leadership and brand visibility
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, marketing platforms, and industry best practices to continuously enhance strategies and offerings
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our technical strategies support business objectives
- Demonstrate leadership in cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that drive growth and innovation across verticals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment
- Background in digital consulting or full-service agency roles
- Familiarity with advanced content management, marketing automation, and data analysis platforms
