Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing account management
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing strategies
  • Strong background in managing B2B client relationships and driving account success
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident, engaging communication style
  • Grace under pressure and ability to effectively address client concerns
  • Results-driven approach with a positive, high-energy attitude
  • Passion for digital marketing trends and innovations
  • Ability to thrive in both autonomous and collaborative work environments
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Ads)

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and grow relationships with assigned client accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance on their digital marketing efforts
  • Analyze and translate complex data into actionable insights for clients
  • Proactively plan and execute client campaigns, leveraging internal and external resources for optimal performance
  • Ensure an exceptional end-to-end client experience
  • Prepare and present professional, detailed monthly reports
  • Lead regular client meetings and status calls
  • Collaborate closely with our SEO, SEM, & CRO engineering teams, facilitating direct communication when needed
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and renewal
