Summary

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in distributor or supplier-facing roles, strong preference for beverage alcohol background
• 5+ years of people management experience, preferable supporting teams in distributor or supplier-facing roles; proven ability to effectively build, organize, lead, and mentor a team of individuals

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of account managers responsible for fostering relationships with distributors within Provi’s ecosystem; serve as the escalation point during strategic business reviews
• Oversee the go-to-market strategy of distributor partners on Provi Marketplace and distributor sales tools, leveraging high usage and activity to continuously improve Distributor Net Promoter Scores
• Advise and develop distributor measurement, reporting, and presentation standards to drive results through strategic business reviews
• Review key indicators of distributor network health and SaaS, identifying and executing strategies to increase client engagement and retention on the platform
• Proactively identify risks for distributor partnerships and business goals, working with internal and external teams to execute risk mitigation plans
• Advocate internally with senior cross-functional stakeholders for distributors' product and measurement needs
• Manage team personnel issues, including recruiting, hiring, and leading performance reviews
