  • Ability to travel by airplane or car including overnight trips up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize consumer brands across several verticals that can be impactful additions to TrueCarโ€™s affinity network โ€“ specifically by driving increased consumer demand to TrueCarโ€™s shopping platform and increasing car sales
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners through proactive outreach, relationship building, and management
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy that includes qualifying prospects, developing pitch materials, identifying the right contacts, establishing relationships, presenting, and โ€“ ultimately โ€“ closing partnership deals with new affinity organizations
  • Grow and maintain relationships with senior leaders and executives across the organizations within TrueCarโ€™s prospective affinity partner pipeline
  • Lead negotiation efforts and collaborate with internal stakeholders to finalize partnership agreements
  • Ability to quickly identify and understand key business terms within partner agreements and translate how the terms impact each respective party, including P&L statements
  • Work with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Operations to drive the implementation of partnership programs and initiatives to ensure successful launch
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to Senior Leadership
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with our Affinity Partner Development team to support the ongoing needs and growth initiatives of TrueCarโ€™s affinity partnerships
  • Develop trusting relationships and open communication, while accepting feedback (up and down)
