Summary

Join Immersive Labs as their Director of Global Field & Event Marketing and lead a global team driving demand for their cyber resilience SaaS platform. You will develop and execute field marketing plans, manage the revenue marketing budget, and provide strategic guidance to your team. Partner with sales, marketing, and product leadership to create and refine customer segments and build effective campaigns. Responsibilities include demand generation through various marketing activities, managing the budget, and coaching a team of marketing professionals. The ideal candidate possesses deep domain experience in ABM strategies, proven experience in a fast-paced startup environment, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. This role offers the opportunity to shape an emerging industry and contribute to Immersive Labs' continued growth.

Requirements

  • Deep domain experience in Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics
  • Demonstrable experience establishing and leading marketing strategy in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment
  • Proven demonstration of pipeline growth and lead generation
  • Be able to operate in a player-coach role when needed to help problem solve and develop talent
  • Naturally inquisitive, analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams

Responsibilities

  • Translate company objectives into a comprehensive demand generation strategy with corresponding key performance indicators that grows our overall audience and engages, nurtures, and converts prospects
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Product leadership to create and refine customer segments/personas in order to build campaigns that resonate with the target audience that originate new business as well as accelerate sales cycle
  • Partner with sales teams on strategy, targeting and field initiatives via day to day engagement with sales representatives and leaders
  • Responsible for demand generation through marketing activities; including third party programming (e.g. content programs) field and partner events
  • Partner closely with marketing ops, digital, product, content and branding teams to ensure strategy and metrics are aligned
  • Manage demand generation budget and expenditures to achieve overall growth and return on investment targets
  • Build, manage, and coach a team of highly-talented marketing professionals across demand generation, field marketing, campaign marketing, and digital marketing
