Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role, with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
  • Excellent understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and sales operations
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and execute plans effectively
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools, with strong data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong focus on achieving results
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales environment that encourages continuous improvement and high morale
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
  • Identify market opportunities, set sales targets, and align the team's efforts to achieve corporate objectives
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, monitor key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and performance
  • Ensure the team uses CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales data
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize the sales process and improve lead generation and conversion rates
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide feedback to product development teams on market demands and customer preferences
  • Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance the sales skills and product knowledge of the team
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging sales techniques, and ensure the team is equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed
