Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function
• Manage financial operations across multiple regions
• Ensure efficient cash flow management, cost controls, and working capital optimization
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, processes, and financial systems
• Provide strategic financial leadership and support in shaping the company’s long-term financial plans and investments
• Develop the right strategy on what should be in-house, outsourced in different regions
• Ensure internal customer satisfaction with use of tools, processes and human touch to enable best-in-breed financial policies
• Collaborate closely with regional finance teams, executive leadership, auditors, and external stakeholders
• Build and mentor a high-performing global finance team
