Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or a similar related field
- Previous second-line management experience in the software industry (SMB preferred)
- History of personal and professional excellence
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience leading high-performing Business Development Sales Representatives
- A proven track record of generating leads, building pipelines, and achieving targets
- Advanced sales techniques and proficiency in consultative selling, solution-based sales and negotiation strategies
- Strong team development and mentoring experience with strong experience in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve peak performance
- Strong analytical skills, proven ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude, driven and skilled in using a range of channels and tools, incusing social channels to connect and network
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Drive new business initiatives to deliver against sales targets
- Manage and lead a team of Managers
- Use innovative strategies to develop and execute winning sales plans for yourself and your team
- Become an expert in our product and the industry so that you can coach your team to advise restaurant owners in a high-trust manner
- Strategize, develop and execute winning sales plans for yourself and your team
- Innovate mindset, present and confidently sell our solution and technology
- Close deals, secure new business, and consistently surpass sales goals
- Lead, motivate, inspire and manage a high-performing sales team
- Identify opportunities in the business and execute projects to improve our sales system
- Partner and collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with restaurants (selling to or working in!) is a huge plus
Benefits
- The estimated salary range for this role is USD $220,000 - $260,000 OTE on a 50/50 split plus a generous equity pre-IPO equity package
