Join eyeo as Director Commercial Operations and lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of commercial operations activities across the eyeo group to drive revenue and user growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in commercial/sales operations, a related role, or an equivalent experience in a management consulting company
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to influence senior business leaders
- Ability to lead, coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams that donβt report to you
- Strong analytical and collaborative approaches to problem solving
- Project management skills
- Solid knowledge of the online advertising/user experience ecosystem
- 2+ years of people management experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to maximize revenue generation across all eyeo products and services
- Streamline and optimize commercial processes, workflows and systems to enhance productivity, reduce costs and ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with sales, account management and go-to-market teams to provide them with the necessary tools, resources and training to achieve their targets
- Leverage data and analytics to gain insights into sales performance and market development
- Build, manage and mentor a high-performing commercial operations team of 4-5 people
- Partner with other departments to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving company objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards goals, and forecast sales & revenues
- Ensure profitability and commercial integrity of deals with our partners from the media and tech ecosystems
