Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or corporate development
  • Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle M&A transactions
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets aligned with strategic priorities
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through industry research, networking, and proactive outreach
  • Cultivate relationships with target companies, investment banks, and advisors
  • Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and business case development for potential transactions
  • Conduct due diligence in collaboration with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations, etc.)
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for executive leadership and board review
  • Drive end-to-end deal execution, including negotiations, structuring, and integration planning
  • Partner with legal and finance teams to manage transaction documentation and closing processes
  • Support post-merger integration efforts to ensure strategic and financial objectives are met
