Summary

You will monitor healthcare IT trends, lead the M&A process, build relationships with financial intermediaries, develop financial models, and collaborate with the leadership team. The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital within healthcare IT, along with strong financial modeling and strategic thinking skills. Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital with a focus on healthcare IT
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare IT ecosystem, regulatory environment, and key market players
  • Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions, strategic investments, or high-value partnerships
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring skills
  • Ability to assess market trends, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders across all levels

Responsibilities

  • Monitor trends in the healthcare IT landscape to identify opportunities for acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and business expansion
  • Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning
  • Build relationships with bankers, VCs and other financial intermediaries in our broader space
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses to support investment decisions
  • Work closely with the CFO, CEO, and leadership team to align corporate development initiatives with broader company strategy
  • Partner with internal teams (Finance, Product, Legal, and Operations) to execute transactions and ensure seamless post-deal integration

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in and knowledge of the EHR space
