Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development or sales within financial services and/or crypto markets
  • At least a very strong notion of digital asset markets or 3+ years of industry experience
  • Extensive knowledge of derivatives, financial concepts, and blockchain ecosystems
  • Proven track record in engaging with token issuers, foundations, other crypto corporate clients, and closing complex deal in this environment
  • Strong familiarity with trading concepts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-value corporate counter-parties, including token issuers, blockchain foundations, and institutional players
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand client needs, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities
  • Develop a systematic approach to qualifying leads based on strategic fit, potential revenue, and market alignment
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted partnerships with corporate clients by understanding their goals and aligning them with tailored solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and responsiveness
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or challenges to reinforce relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and introducing new derivative or market-making solutions
  • Lead the development of bespoke trading and liquidity provision models for existing clients
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments to proactively expand services that align with client needs
  • Perform fundamental analysis on blockchain projects, token economics, and market trends to evaluate partnership potential
  • Leverage insights from financial and blockchain data to support decision-making and strategic recommendations
  • Develop models to assess risk and return for potential ventures and align them with company objectives
