Summary

Join NICE, a market leader in CX, CCaaS, AI & Digital Products, as a Sales Director! This key role within the dynamic UK&I direct sales team involves leading a team of 5 Account Sales Executives, managing a $5m ACV in new bookings, and collaborating with various lines of business. You will be responsible for increasing NICE's presence in the UK&I market, providing regular reporting, building business plans, and driving the team's transformation. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in leading enterprise software sales teams, managing regional businesses, and consistently exceeding targets. Requirements

  • Experience in building and leading a sales organisation in a Sales Director / Manager capacity
  • Successful track record in leading an enterprise portfolio software sales team and winning significant enterprise customers
  • Experience in managing a regional business, in a matrix environment working in a highly collaborative way with virtual teams including product lines of business, pre-sales and domain expert teams, remote based sales teams and external consultancies
  • Successful history and the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
  • Experience of sophisticated applications-based value selling, creating, managing and executing complex, high value sales opportunities, either SaaS or perpetual license
  • Ability to demonstrate management of key sales KPIs and Salesforce
  • Ability to demonstrate the ability to change a team organisation behaviour, practices and processes
  • Experience in CX, AI & CCaaS and Cloud based sales is a necessity

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the NICE business in the UK & I, managing a team of 5 Account Sales Executives
  • Responsible for circa $5m ACV in New Bookings
  • Work with each of the lines of business on Go-to-Market Plans, Product roadmaps, R&D commitments, Vision, sales forecasts and Marketing programmes
  • Increase the NICE presence in the UK&I. Research, identify, and target both new and established accounts
  • Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including forecasting, win/lose analysis and reporting, and sales performance
  • Build business plans and develop strategic initiatives including the ongoing recruitment of sales talent
  • Help to deliver the transformation change, adopting best practice methodologies, behaviours and new sales techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in CRM, ERP platforms and Service Desk applications will be a distinct advantage
  • Experience in Energy & Utilities, Social Housing, Professional and Business Services vertical markets will be a distinct advantage
