Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or relevant, equivalent work experience in communications, marketing or digital marketing
- Have 12+ years of experience developing and managing optimized digital strategies across digital organic channels and email marketing with increasing responsibility
- Have 8+ years managing a highly effective digital communications team
- Have experience with Google Analytics, GSuite, WordPress, and Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for the execution of company-owned digital communications channels, as well as product and vendor relationships
- Be accountable for organic digital strategy and reputation management and execution across company public website, social channels and intranet, collaborating as part of a cross-functional team to support strategic goals
- Be accountable for planning and optimizing strategic recommendations to embed digital strategy into ongoing communications efforts, including but not limited to evaluation of current processes, tactics, and systems as well as future recommendations; staying current on existing and emergent channels/technology; ongoing analysis of competitive landscape to inform digital strategies and content
- Contribute to and develop new dashboards of key metrics and standardize weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly reporting to meaningfully interpret results and implications aligned to industry benchmarks.Β Test ideas and optimize based on results
- Cross-functionally partner to enhance the digital effectiveness of company-wide efforts to support multi-stakeholder needs as they evolve
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess the ability to work on a wide range of project types, from strategy, to process and metrics definition, to hands-on website development, email, content creation and publishing and channel management
- Have a proven foundation of digital communications best practices including a deep understanding of digital KPIs and performance metrics
- Have B2B and/or B2C/DTC experience; be results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, specifically A/B testing
- Have SEO experience and certifications
- Have healthcare industry experience, with experience marketing to physicians, physician practices or related associations
- Be highly organized with demonstrated interpersonal, communication, time management and analytical skills; possess the ability to derive meaning from data through testing and analytics
- Have experience researching, onboarding, implementing, managing systems and vendors
