• Experience in designing, implementing, and scaling a digital-first education program

• General understanding of the modern SDLC and the tools involved

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of education professionals
• Lead all aspects of the development of high-quality, engaging educational content across various digital platforms
• Create and implement a comprehensive customer education strategy that leverages data and AI to scale operations and personalize learning experiences
• Drive customer engagement and satisfaction by ensuring customers are aware of and using educational resources effectively
• Analyze data to measure the impact of educational programs and continuously improve them based on feedback and performance metrics
• Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align educational initiatives with company goals and customer needs
