Summary

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related field, with a track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth
- Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team, even if small
- Strong data-driven mindset, with experience in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to track performance and optimize campaigns
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and digital marketing channels
- Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies to stakeholders
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly pivot and adjust strategies as needed
- Bachelorβs Degree
- Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies
- Familiarity with content marketing and SEO best practices
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies across digital and offline channels to drive high-quality leads and support pipeline targets
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including planning, execution, and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with sales goals and market opportunities
- Mentor and manage a small team, consisting of one direct report, fostering growth and ensuring the team's objectives are met
- Develop lead nurturing programs to convert prospects through the funnel, utilizing tactics such as email marketing, webinars, content marketing, and paid advertising
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
- Partner with cross-departmental teams to align demand generation initiatives across business units and with broader company objectives
- Manage the demand generation budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Utilize marketing automation tools for campaign execution, lead scoring, and reporting
