Summary

Join AlphaSense's Brand & Creative team as an Integrated Producer to lead production of high-impact brand expressions across various media. You will oversee the entire development of brand initiatives, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role demands strategic thinking, creative collaboration, and strong production skills. You will manage complex productions, balancing creative ambition with operational clarity, and lead large-scale brand campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses 10–15 years of experience in creative production and a deep understanding of multimedia formats. You will translate creative ideas into executable experiences and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in creative production, brand experience, or content operations—ideally within in-house brand teams or top creative agencies
  • A sharp creative eye and a deep understanding of how to bring ideas to life across multimedia formats
  • You’re fluent in a range of creative formats—from documentary-style video and brand films to immersive events and real-time social activations
  • Exceptional organizational skills and calm under pressure; you lead complex initiatives without losing the thread
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale brand campaigns from strategy to execution, aligning stakeholders across marketing, comms, and leadership
  • Experience producing digital-first campaigns—from website launches to interactive storytelling and integrated social content
  • A deep understanding of how digital channels work together and what’s required to deliver seamless, scalable creative across platforms
  • A strong pulse on emerging creative AI tools and workflows, and hands-on experience bringing ideas to life across digital formats, production technologies, and evolving experience trends
  • The ability to translate creative ideas into executable digital and physical experiences without compromising vision or momentum
  • A love of collaboration and a reputation for making teams feel supported and empowered
  • Familiarity with creative tools, workflows, RFP and vendor negotiation

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional production efforts for brand campaigns, launches, and storytelling initiatives across formats and channels
  • Scope, budget, and manage end-to-end production—from concepting through delivery—across video, photo, web, events, and social
  • Collaborate with creatives, strategists, product marketers, and external agencies to bring concepts to life at the highest quality
  • Vet and manage production partners, ensuring alignment with creative vision, timing, and financial targets
  • Drive operational clarity through timelines, documentation, and workflow tools
  • Champion quality and consistency across all deliverables while keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned
