Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, planning, and analysis
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support business objectives
• Conduct financial modeling and risk management analysis to support business decisions
• Manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational and investment needs
• Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, tax, and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency
• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with business goals
• Provide regular financial forecasts and track performance against budgets
• Identify key drivers of revenue, costs, and margins to optimize financial performance
