Summary

Join Aledade as the Senior Director of Finance and lead a team of Finance Business Partners, driving strategic financial thought partnership across the organization. Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience with a BS/BA in finance, accounting or a related field
  • 5+ years team leadership / people management experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Finance Business Partners supporting key departments across the organization
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on how this team can build trusted relationships and support strategic decision making across the business with a financial lens
  • Develop and communicate the teamโ€™s strategic direction including areas of innovation to meet changing business needs
  • Support ideation and management of strategic finance initiatives in support of the organizationโ€™s medium- and long-term goals, including capital planning and related execution activities with external parties and evaluation of corporate development opportunities
  • Help coordinate and develop cross functional processes, report outs for leadership forums where needed, briefing senior team members on project progress and issues, etc

  • Demonstrated leadership ability to think strategically and implement tactically to consistently deliver results; well-developed skills in diplomacy and collaboration
  • Strong, results-oriented leadership ability in a fast paced, matrix organization
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize complex inputs into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to a non-financial audience
  • Strong internal customer service focus, with strong interpersonal skills -- excellent at communication, building relationships, and working across all company levels
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, and comfort with ambiguity; ability to embrace change and build structure into a less defined work environment
  • Ability to use independent judgment and work under pressure on competing responsibilities with resilience, and a high level of ownership
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion in appropriately handling sensitive information is required
  • Poise, confidence, and maturity interacting with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Thinks beyond their immediate team and contributes to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in D&I efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)
