Join Unlock Health as a Director, Growth Solutions and be part of a team that breaks down walls in healthcare marketing. With a minimum of 3+ years of sales and business development experience, you'll sell into hospitals/healthcare systems in the Northeast US, developing relationships with Marketing & C-Suite executives and service line managers.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills throughout the sales life cycle
• Organization skills and attention to detail while juggling multiple clients and projects is a must
• Must be able to keep track of details, specific client needs and objectives, and be able to communicate them clearly to other team members
• Experience with Salesforce or equivalent is a must
• Working knowledge of Google Drive and Microsoft platforms
• Ability to learn new reporting systems and software as required

Responsibilities

• Serve as Unlock Health brand ambassador and thought leader
• Network, prospect and introduce Unlock Health’s services
• Develop, grow and maintain accounts in order to help generate revenue
• Negotiate campaign lengths, budgets and renewals
• Manage/organize client campaigns and project details for handoff to the account teams in a timely manner
• Work in tandem with internal teams to ensure effective management of client calls
• Develop and expand campaigns and other services within the hospitals/systems in order to increase our growth and client’s market share
• Input data to track opportunities, stages and probability of business closure
