Summary

Join Innovaccer as a Director of Growth Strategy and drive sales of analytics and actuarial services across Payers and Life Sciences. You will support market and sales strategy, conduct opportunity assessments, design custom solutions, and develop value capture pathways. Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams, partner with sales on a consultative approach, and leverage your expertise in business models, value-based care, and technology. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. You will lead strategic initiatives, drive high-priority deals, and collaborate with product and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or a related field.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, client engagement, project management, or a related role, preferably in analytics or data-driven domains
  • Experience in one or more - Payer, and Life Sciences domain
  • Experience with HEOR
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Experience in managing multiple analytics projects and ensuring successful delivery
  • Proven ability to develop strategic relationships and drive customer success through data insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with leveraging data and analysis, both quantitative and qualitative, to design creative, compelling, and cogent deliverables
  • Familiarity with various analytics tools in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data visualization platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy
  • Drive High-Priority Deals: Engage in consultative discovery with prospects and customers to understand their needs
  • Demonstrate capabilities and consultatively help define solution to meet prospect/customer need
  • Collaborate with Product Teams: Work with Product and Marketing teams to refine solution roadmaps, define market positioning, and develop unique value propositions
  • Create Content and Strategy: Develop pitch decks, ROI models, business cases, and proposals that align with client priorities and drive deal progression
  • Lead Executive Conversations: Represent Innovaccer as the subject matter expert building trust and credibility with C-suite executives
  • Enable Sales Success: Drive internal alignment to streamline deal processes, design innovative workflows, and equip teams with tools to accelerate decision-making
  • Research and Insights: Conduct industry research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Customer Expansion: Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify growth opportunities, structure expansions, and optimize existing customer relationships
  • Lead and manage analytical consulting projects with prospects and customers, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives
  • Couple Innovaccer’s technology platform–including data, software and workflow applications, analytics, and AI–with identified insights and opportunities to create prescriptive recommendations that maximize value creation and outcomes
  • Conduct assessments and provide strategic recommendations to enhance customer success through data and analytics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and long-term partnerships
  • Synthesize insights to inform strategic direction, roadmap creation, and opportunities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their data challenges and providing tailored analytics solutions
  • Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership on engagement performance and improvement areas
