Summary

Highsnobiety is hiring a Director of Influencer Marketing & Talent Relations to lead the EU talent relations team and set strategic vision for influencer and talent management globally. The role involves mentoring team members, building industry relationships, executing multi-channel activations, maintaining cultural insight, ensuring digital prowess, collaborating with strategy teams, and negotiating contracts.

Requirements

  • Over the last 8+ years, you have worked across talent relations, influencer marketing, public relations, and other forms of community-based brand-building roles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and craft long-term strategic visions
  • Proven track record in executing impactful multi-channel activations with international talents
  • In-depth knowledge and established network within Highsnobiety's cultural spheres
  • A digital native with a data-driven mindset, well-versed in new and emerging platforms
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing influencer marketing budgets effectively
  • Proficiency in performance analysis, using data-driven insights to optimize talent campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Lead Highsnobiety’s EU talent relations team
  • Set the strategic vision for Highsnobiety’s influencer and talent management globally
  • Mentor the EU talent managers
  • Build, leverage and maintain industry relationships within the Talent community
  • Spearhead the execution of multi-channel activations featuring international talents
  • Maintain a deep understanding and network within Highsnobiety's cultural domains
  • Ensure the team stays ahead of the curve with emerging platforms and trends
  • Collaborate closely with strategy teams to integrate talent campaigns seamlessly within Highsnobiety's creative campaigns
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with tier 1 talents
