Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in marketing leadership, managing end-to-end campaigns, and driving successful go-to-market strategies a must
- Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns that drive incremental revenue a must
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas to executive leadership
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and managing a team of marketing professionals
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive campaigns, targeting our wellness and fitness salon and spa audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and compelling campaign narratives that align with Zenoti's brand voice and marketing objectives
- Oversee the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including landing pages, social media, email, earned media channels and paid
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement
- Define and report on key success metrics for campaigns and virtual events
- Leverage data from analytics teams to assess campaign performance and guide the channel mix, content, and timing of future integrated campaigns
- Mentor and manage the content team members, including the premium asset manager and email marketing manager
- Work closely with cross-functional marketing leaders and product teams to create, lead, and execute campaign plans and programs that drive business impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the salon, wellness, or fitness industry a plus
- B2B SaaS experience a plus
