Summary
Join Lamark Media, an integrated digital marketing firm, as a Leader for the Integrated Performance Department. Develop and implement strategic paid media marketing strategies, build and present media strategies, and leverage paid media across multiple channels. Review past performance, build periodic performance reporting, and identify new business opportunities. Manage, oversee, and train team members, while creating and communicating best practices. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of agency and/or marketing experience managing clients/brands, strong knowledge of various media channels, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years of Agency and/or marketing experience in managing clients/brands
- Strong working knowledge of media across all channels β Social Media, PPC, Programmatic, Amazon, Email, SMS, ABM, Trade, Radio, TV/OTT/CTV, etc
- Experience or strong knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads (BING), META, SnapChat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Tik-Tok, Live Ramp, Criteo, Connexity, Verizon Native, ESP (Klaviyo, Mail Chimp) 3 rd party attribution tools (RockerBox Preferred)
- Data driven in their approach with the rationale to drive decisions
- Strong analytic and technical knowledge with the ability to draw on experience and knowledge to identify the most effective strategies to address client needs
- The ability to develop insights and use data to support strategic thinking
- Able to bridge traditional media strategies with digital channels and approaches
- Proactive communicator with the ability to break down the performance data and confidently project results based on media mix
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- A self-starter who finds opportunities to add value for our clients and our internal team
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic paid media marketing strategies to meet client's business objectives and interface with the clients regularly
- Build and present media strategies/decks, driven by primary research and leveraging relevant team members
- Concept innovative ways to leverage paid media across multiple channels for E-commerce, Lead Generation, Drive to Retail, Customer Acquisition, Demand Generation, or other client-driven programs
- Review past performance plans against actual KPIs to sharpen the strategy
- Build and present periodic performance reporting and industry best practices to support client success measurement
- Build new business opportunities from within the installed base and in partnership with the business development team
- Responsible for organizing, implementing, and controlling the day-to-day media planning development process including coordination among other Performance Managers
- Manage, oversee, and train IPMs for the support-level work they perform and also help guide their overall growth and development
- Create and communicate best practices across digital strategies and platforms
