Director, Key Account Management

Summary

Join Spreetail as the Director of Account Management and nurture relationships with key strategic accounts. This hands-on role demands operational expertise and a deep understanding of e-commerce, ideally with experience in consumables and/or cold chain. You will work closely with strategic accounts, exceeding expectations through operational details and strategic insights. Success involves driving operational improvements, contributing to account growth, and building strong brand relationships. The position requires deep e-commerce operational knowledge, data analysis skills, and at least 6 years of supply chain experience. Requirements

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with large, strategic account management
• At least 6 years of experience in a role with significant supply chain operations responsibilities, preferably in e-commerce, 3PL, or a related field
• Experience with cold chain operations and/or consumable product fulfillment operations
• Background in logistics, supply chain management, or related operational areas
• Ability to travel up to 30%

• Demonstrate significant contributions to the strategic account's growth, leveraging insights and operational improvements to enhance brand value
• Establish a trusted partnership with the brand, marked by mutual respect, understanding, and shared goals
