Director, Market Research

Summary

Join our market research team as a Director! Lead day-to-day project activities, mentor junior team members (US and India), and manage quantitative market research projects from start to finish. Develop new client relationships and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with other KMK business units to win integrated engagements. This role requires strong business development experience and a background in life sciences/pharma market research. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 7+ years of experience working in a market research agency
• Strong business development experience, especially in new client acquisition, who can proactively hunt for new clients and business opportunities in the market research domain
• Experience working in the life sciences & Pharma Domain
• Experienced in quantitative research
• Working familiarity with statistical tools used in market research (e.g. SPSS, Q Research Software, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day activities of current projects
• Coach and mentor juniors in the US and in our offshore India team
• Be involved with proposal writing
• Manage quantitative market research projects from start to finish, through design, fieldwork, analysis, and presentation
• Guide, train and coach juniors
• Have line management responsibilities
• Focus on finding new clients and logos in the market research space
• Excel in client acquisition, relationship building, and identifying growth opportunities to drive business success
• Become familiar with the capabilities of all KMK business units (commercial operations, analytics, data services, HEOR/RWE)
• Work closely with other KMK business units to win integrated engagements
