Join We Are Rosie as a Director, Media Engagement Support for a 10-12 week, 20-25 hour per week contract position, paying $120-$150/hour. This remote (preferred) role involves leading a critical client engagement focused on optimizing media agency relationships and performance. You will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the client's media agency partnerships, potentially including full agency review processes. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to maximize the client's media investment value. This strategic initiative may involve benchmarking studies or supporting a complete media agency review. The role requires extensive experience with media agencies and a deep understanding of agency operations, performance metrics, and media strategy.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working with media agencies, particularly those within major Holding Companies (WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, IPG, etc.)
- Deep understanding of agency operations, fee structures, and performance metrics
- Proven track record in agency relationship management and optimization
- Comprehensive understanding of both brand and performance media tactics
- Experience with integrated media planning and buying across all channels
- Knowledge of media measurement, attribution, and optimization methodologies
- Current understanding of how AI is revolutionizing agency models and operations
- Knowledge of AI-driven media planning, buying, and optimization tools
- Insight into how technology is transforming agency staffing and team structures
- Proven ability to lead client deliverable creation with senior-level oversight
- Strong project management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional leadership capabilities ensuring full team engagement and collaboration
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive assessment of client's current media agency relationships against industry benchmarks
- Conduct thorough analysis of media agency performance, structure, and capabilities
- Support potential media agency review processes, including RFP development and evaluation
- Develop strategic recommendations for optimizing media agency partnerships
- Create and deliver high-quality client presentations and deliverables under VP oversight
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure comprehensive team engagement and input
- Provide expert insights on evolving media landscape and agency best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with consulting or advisory roles preferred
