Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in account management or client strategy within an e-commerce, influencer/affiliate marketing, or performance media context
- Deep understanding of TikTok Shop, social commerce, and creator/influencer dynamics
- Experience owning client relationships, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering against performance metrics
- Highly organized, with strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- A strategic thinker with a client-first mindset and a passion for driving measurable growth
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own Client Relationships: Serve as the strategic lead and day-to-day contact for TikTok Shop clients, ensuring alignment across goals, performance, and brand positioning
- Drive Account Growth: Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with leadership to expand client scope based on evolving business needs and marketplace trends
- Oversee Execution: Partner with Strategists, Creator Managers, and Media teams to manage seamless campaign rollouts, from launch to optimization
- Performance Leadership: Monitor client GMV, campaign KPIs, and affiliate performance; translate insights into action through structured reporting and strategy pivots
- Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the connective tissue across internal teams—Strategy, Creative, Creator, and Paid—to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of TikTok Shop innovations, tools, and competitive shifts to inform strategic planning and client education
- Team Management: Mentor and manage a growing team of Account Managers and/or Associates to ensure delivery excellence across all client touchpoints
