Summary

Join LeapPoint as their Director of Artificial Intelligence to lead and grow their AI consulting practice, focusing on Adobe's AI technologies. Develop and execute the AI consulting practice strategy, build and manage a high-performing consulting team, and drive business development and sales. Oversee client engagements, develop and deliver Adobe AI solutions, and foster strong client relationships. Continuously monitor advancements in Adobe's AI technologies and develop thought leadership and marketing content. Manage practice utilization and collaborate with Adobe representatives. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on technology-driven solutions
• Deep understanding of Adobe's Creative Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, Fusion, and Assets and their integration with Adobe AI technologies
• Proven ability to develop and execute business development through scoping and use case development
• Strong leadership, team management, and client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI consulting practice strategy: Define the implementation plan, go-to-market strategy, and growth plan for the practice at LeapPoint, focusing on Adobe AI technologies and their integration across the Adobe technology stack
• Build and manage a high-performing consulting team: Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of AI consultants at LeapPoint with expertise in Adobe technologies
• Drive business development and sales: Help scope and support the sales motion with new opportunities, developing use cases, establishing LeapPoint as a trusted advisor in Adobe AI solutions
• Oversee client engagements: Manage a portfolio of consulting projects, ensuring successful delivery, client satisfaction, and profitable outcomes
• Develop and deliver Adobe AI solutions: Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions for clients, leveraging Adobe GenStudio, Firefly, and other relevant tools to address their specific business challenges
• Foster client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner
• Document and enable Adobe technology updates: Continuously monitor advancements in Adobe's AI technologies and identify opportunities to leverage these innovations for client benefit as well as enabling the training team for wider enablement
• Develop thought leadership and marketing content: Create and disseminate thought leadership materials, including white papers, blog posts, and presentations, to enhance LeapPoint's visibility and establish its expertise in Adobe AI
• Collaborate with Adobe: Build and maintain a strong relationship with Adobe representatives to stay informed about the latest product developments and access resources for client engagements
• Manage practice utilization: Oversee the operational performance of the practice at LeapPoint, including planned hours attainment, quarterly and yearly utilization attainment, revenue recognition (converting sold hours to actual)

Preferred Qualifications
