The ideal candidate will have a passion for streamlining billing operations and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including fiscal oversight across multiple projects
  • Proven supervisory experience leading cross-functional remote teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly invoicing, quarterly financial reporting, and subcontractor budget monitoring across multiple projects
  • Perform strategic analysis across systems and translate insights into actionable recommendations for scaling and improvement
  • Maintain and automate internal databases and reporting systems using tools like Python or SQL; manage API integrations and vendor platforms
  • Supervise a growing team of billing and data specialists and ensure timely, compliant execution of all fiscal operations
  • Oversee vendor contracts, support compliance audits, and ensure accurate documentation for funders and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with tools like Access, QuickBase, SharePoint, HubSpot, NetSuite is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of scripting/automation tools (Python, SQL preferred)
  • Familiarity with behavioral health systems, including electronic health records and evidence-based program models, is highly desirable
