Summary

Join Pax8 as the Manager of Collections, overseeing all collection-related processes, including managing past-due accounts with partners and vendors, working with external agencies, and providing monthly reports. You will supervise a team of Collections Specialists, reporting to the Director of Credit and Collections. This role involves collaborating with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure Pax8's success. The ideal candidate possesses at least seven years of collection experience and four years of management experience, along with strong communication and reporting skills. Requirements

  • At least seven (7) years of collection experience
  • At least four (4) years of previous management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent reporting skills, utilizing Pivot tables, Vlookups and Power Point presentations
  • A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service while building relationships with Pax8 partners, customers and vendors
  • Provide reporting to finance leadership on monthly progress, challenges, and other key information
  • Help partners with past-due balances establish a payment plan and tracking progress of the plan
  • Manage a team of Collections Specialists by developing OKRs, milestones, benchmarks, and goals for performance
  • Coordinate partner termination and submit claims to a third-party collection agency portal for partners in violation of their payment plan
  • Build inter-department relationships and communicate effectively and efficiently across the company
  • Assist with improvements in the collection process and systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-growing company
  • Experience with subscription-based billing
  • Ability to multi-task, adapt to multiple demands and shifting/competing priorities while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
