Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on developing and executing marketing strategies within the (crypto, Web3) space
  • Deep understanding of the ecosystem dynamics, including key stakeholders, trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to identify opportunities, formulate effective strategies, and drive results in a complex and rapidly evolving ecosystem
  • Excellence in campaign strategy and execution
  • Strong creative direction and storytelling abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, developers, KOLs, and other ecosystem stakeholders
  • Creative thinking and innovative mindset, with the ability to oversee the brands presence across channels ensuring verbal and visual identity is consistent

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that strengthen brand positioning and drive audience engagement
  • Develop compelling campaign narratives that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences
  • Establish and maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in how we communicate with our audiences
  • Oversee and approve all marketing materials, digital assets, and communications to ensure brand consistency and quality
  • Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies, with demonstrated ability to implement, measure, and optimize owned, earned, and paid media campaigns across various platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, adjust tactics based on data insights, and report ROI across all channels
  • Spearhead high-impact partnership initiatives across key partners
  • Evaluate and secure strategic collaborations that amplify brand presence and accelerate solution adoption
  • Real-time monitoring and analysis of industry shifts, competitor movements, and new opportunities
  • Transform insights into action that keep us ahead of industry trends and maintain our competitive edge
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex innovations into compelling narratives that resonate with our ecosystem stakeholders and align with our broader strategic objectives
