Join Pax8 as the Director of Business Applications, AMER, where you will provide strategic vision and tactical direction for Professional Service Business Application offerings. You will design new technical offers for partners, lead the team's technical and operational growth, manage resources and budgets, and collaborate across the organization. This role demands technical expertise and the ability to translate it into business-centered initiatives. You will manage multiple technical areas and build a team of leaders and consultants focused on high-quality Microsoft Business Applications implementations. Requirements
- At least five (5) years implementing and leading professional services, four (4) of which are in Business Applications
- At least three (3) years of experience in people leadership
- Significant knowledge of with core service offerings of Microsoft Business Central and Sales Professional
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and ServiceNow (or other team project management platforms)
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
- Microsoft MB800 and PL900 certifications required
Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic and tactical vision of Pax8 Professional Services, particularly focused on Dynamics 365 offerings
- Develop new Dynamics 365 Business Application service offerings to support our partner base
- Partner with Pax8 Service Operations, Academy, and other Pax8 business units, regionally and globally
- Collaborate with Pax8 Channel, Microsoft development team, Sales, and other partner organizations to ensure Pax8 Pro Serve is advancing in alignment
- Manage Professional Service Business Application resourcing, budget, and headcount
- Identify and direct Service Metrics
- Develop and train Service Leaders
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience leading downline leaders/managers is a plus
- Ability to set and implement standards, and work with downline leaders to drive adherence to standards
- Strong desire and ability to drive the growth and success of downline team members
- Ability to prioritize the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Calm demeanor and demonstrated experience navigating the needs of disparate teams
- A self-motivated, strategic creative worker with a drive for executional excellence
- Flexible and comfortable working on multiple initiatives
- Ability to adjust to an evolving landscape with short notice
- Highly organized, and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask

- Prior experience with conflict resolution
- Finance/Business qualification desirable
