Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or startup execution
- Proven experience building and running operational systems in a high-growth environment
- Strong project and program management chops — you’ve shipped big things with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable leading through ambiguity and bringing structure to chaos
- Strategic thinker who can zoom out, and an operator who can dive in
- Excellent communicator who creates clarity, not confusion
- Obsessed with process, but flexible when needed — you get things done
- Highly accountable and proactive — doesn’t wait to be told what to do
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the systems, scorecards, cadences, and SOPs that power execution
- Own cross-functional operating rhythms — meetings, priorities, and accountability
- Track progress on top priorities across the org and keep the entire company moving in sync
- Partner with leadership on quarterly and annual planning
- Translate company goals into actionable roadmaps, project plans, and execution frameworks
- Ensure every team knows what matters, what’s next, and who owns what
- Run mission-critical initiatives from end to end — from scoping through delivery
- Create visibility and momentum across the org with clean workflows and clear updates
- Spot bottlenecks and fix them — with better tools, processes, or people
- Act as the connective tissue across departments — ops, product, growth, CX, creative
- Improve team alignment, communication, and execution
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Help define roles, responsibilities, and performance standards across teams
- Support hiring and onboarding processes to scale the team effectively
- Elevate how we work — through documentation, enablement, and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- DTC, eCommerce, CPG, or subscription brand experience
- Experience supporting omnichannel growth (Amazon, retail, international)
- Exposure to performance marketing organizations
- Familiarity with operating systems like EOS, OKRs, Asana, Notion, etc
- Consulting background paired with operating experience
