Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably with background in SaaS and health-tech industries
  • Proven success in developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Strong experience in marketing operations and project management, including planning, execution, prioritization, and delivery of complex marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives
  • Proficient in CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot required), as well as campaign planning tools and CMS (e.g., WordPress)
  • Expertise in SEO strategy and execution, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Has experience in marketing analytics, including KPI tracking, attribution modeling, A/B testing, and dashboard creation (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools)
  • Exceptional leadership and team management experience, including mentoring, performance management, and team development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and documentation practices
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a bias for action and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive, insight-led marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and market dynamics
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to set KPIs, growth goals, and budget priorities
  • Serve as the marketing voice at the leadership table, ensuring initiatives support the broader business roadmap
  • Own the company’s brand vision, voice, and positioning across all channels
  • Ensure brand consistency while identifying new ways to differentiate in a competitive health-tech landscape
  • Lead integrated demand generation strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers
  • Launch and refine lifecycle programs that increase customer value and reduce churn
  • Oversee all digital channels, including SEO/SEM, paid ads, email, social, and content strategy
  • Drive UX and CRO initiatives, managing website and interactive content projects that engage and convert
  • Lead the creation of dynamic content experiences like product demos, ROI calculators, and industry tools
  • Lead technical and content SEO strategies to boost search visibility and organic performance
  • Optimize WordPress-based website structure, content, and user journeys using advanced tools and analytics
  • Leverage HubSpot, Google Analytics, and custom dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance
  • Generate insight-driven reports and presentations for leadership, guiding marketing roadmap decisions
  • Drive disciplined test-and-learn culture across all marketing functions
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-impact marketing team
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to align go-to-market strategies and product positioning
  • Provide marketing leadership and execution support for product launches, enhancements, and customer-facing initiatives
